We're seeking a UI/UX Designer for our technology consulting & digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing various marketing materials for our clients, including digital and print media. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.

Helping the company find talent (one of the main challenges for companies). Organise meetups, create a website for the design team and share your processes publically to attract design candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and structure digital content: Design intuitive navigation, categorization, and labeling systems to help users find what they need quickly.
- Create visual elements such as icons, logos, to help deliver the message
- Assist and designs layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
- Assist with image retouching, color correction, and management as needed
- Create responsive designs for multiple contexts and devices (e.g., desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Understand Personas for Users in Need of Accessible Designs
- Understand and Implement Assistive and Accessible Technology
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Demonstrated expertise in UX design, as well as familiarity with prototyping, user research and/or test design. Finalize designs for existing flows to unblock development We have a number of existing design flows that need finalizing, including adding missing interactions and deliver pixel perfect Figma files Address known quality issues The pace that we work at means we have a number of known quality issues in our product. - Create and design marketing materials for real estate properties, including but not limited to: fashion, posts,digital ads, flyers, brochures, signage, banners, and OOH media.
- Conceptualize, design and execute cohesive digital/e-commerce collateral across desktop and mobile, including site banners, landing pages, emails and paid media for the brand website

- Prototype design solutions for review, testing and handoff -strong UI design experience, and a visual design eye -strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work across teams

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
- Must have own equipment with Adobe Creative Cloud and PPT.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Excellent eye for detail
Preferred Skills:
- Motion/animation skills in After Effects
- Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup

Design System
Under general direction, they will help build out the design system toolkit with new components and UX patterns that can be leveraged by designers and developers to improve customer and employee experiences. They will also support our design system community by troubleshooting bugs and reviewing contributions to the design system.
