A. The Interview Panel (4 Members)​

The interview panel should be limited to 4 active participants:

  • 1 Founder (Managing Member): Required for all interviews.
  • 3 Existing Passive Members (PI Holders): Drawn from a rotating roster of the 13 members. These members serve as the "cultural and competency fit" representatives.
