At the end of each sprint, the team holds a Sprint Review to demonstrate the work completed during the sprint to stakeholders. Sprint Retrospective
Following the Sprint Review, the team conducts a retrospective to reflect on the previous sprint and identify areas for improvement. The focus is learn and adapt to the team's processes, communication, and collaboration. The goal is to continuously identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to their processes to enhance productivity and quality.
